How do I place an Order?

I have received a wrong or damaged item. What can I do?

If you have received a wrong or damaged item from us, we will be coordinating as soon as possible with you and rectify your issue within 48 hours from delivery. 

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order from our website by selecting the Order Tracking option and entering your Order ID and Billing Email. 

How will I know if an item is out-of-stock?

Any Out-of-stock items will be shown as Out-of-stock next to the product descriptions. You can even book any particular items if they are shown as out-of-stock by contacting us therefore, we will deliver them to you once they’re in In-stock.

How to apply Promo code?

Promo discount codes are automatically applied on our website to all our products, therefore discounts are applied in a default manner and there need not be any need to add additional discount codes. 

Why is my payment getting declined?

You’re payment maybe get declined due to entering the wrong CVV number during payment or your bank account having insufficient funds. You can contact us for any further payment issues to clarify them.

When can I expect my order to be delivered? 

You can expect your delivery to be delivered within 48 hours of placing an order exclusively from us. With additional requests, we can even deliver your products at your preferred time.
