- Dal – ½ cup
- Brinjal- 10 pieces
- Drumstick – 2 nos.
- Ladies finger – 4 nos.
- Tomato, Mango – To taste
- Onion – 2 nos.
- Nellara Sambar Powder – 3 Tsp.
Pressure cook the washed dal with vegetables and a half liter of water. Add Nellara Sambar Powder, tamarind juice, tomatoes, and ladies’ finger and bring to a boil. Season with dry chilies, mustard, and curry leaves.
